| In 1986 Troy Apprill began his career as a performer, singing,
twisting balloons and riding a unicycle at St. Louis Union Station.
Shortly thereafter, he established a cart business, Balloonville,
USA at the Station. During the next few years, he expanded his
services considerably, specializing in Balloon gift-wrap, Arrangements,
Deliveries, Sculptures, and Classic Balloon Decor. He joined
the Qualatex® Balloon Network (QBN) and continued to apply
his balloon talents to the CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) test
series created by Pioneer Balloon Company ®. Troy achieved
the CBA designation in August 1996 at the International Balloon
Arts Convention (IBAC 11) in Chicago. As a balloon artist, Troy
specializes in entertaining, consulting, and instruction / education
for Distributors, Florists, and new balloon companies. |

| Troy is an accomplished Award Winner in Trade Shows, and Parade
Float designs and productions. His knowledge of balloons has
taken him throughout the U.S. to assist on large special events
with extraordinary balloon designers and production companies.
Troy instructed at IBAC 13 in 1997, teaching classes in "Big
Balloons" and "Special Effects". In October 1999
he instructed at "Crusing and Ballooning", a seminar
and vacation tour, on Carnival Cruise Line. Troy has traveled
as far as Tokyo, where he instructed at the Japan Balloon Artist
Network (JBAN) Show in August 2000. Most recently, in August
of 2001, Troy instructed and assisted with decor designs for
the Rica Fiesta Balloon Show in Brazil. |

| At the International Balloon Arts Conference 2001, Troy teamed
up with Tope Abulude, CBA, from London, England to take 1st
Place in the Large Sculpture Competition for their work titled
"Peace Movement" and was also named "Designer
of the Year 2001". |
